Peggy Rea died
Actress Peggy Rea, possibly best known for his work on The Dukes of Hazzard, died of congestive heart failure Saturday at his home in Toluca Lake, California at 89 years of age.
Apart from the role of Lulu Hogg in The Dukes of Hazzard, other notable roles include premium TV Bertha in All in the Family, Rose Burton on The Waltons, Ivy Baker Footsteps and Kelly Jean Grace under Fire, according Report to Hollywood.
Rea also appeared in several films, including Made in America and In Country. It first appeared on I Love Lucy in 1953. While his career did not really take off until he turned 40 years.
