JK Rowling does not rule out another Harry Potter book

The author JK Rowling said in the talk show hostess Oprah Winfrey U.S. wept uncontrollably when he finished his latest best-selling Harry Potter saga, but did not rule out writing another. “I’m not saying I will not. I love to write,” said 45-year British author told Winfrey in a taped interview at the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh, Scotland, which was issued on Friday by ABC …
Rowling, who rarely gives interviews, said that his characters “are still in my mind.”
He said he always wanted to be a writer and I knew I could tell a story but needed the right subject. The inspiration came while he was on a train late, but I had a pen. Finally the words came.
“I have to write my own mental health. I need to write. I love it, need it,” said Britain, citing the discipline and structure that gives the writing.
In a one-hour interview, which also showed pictures of the Scottish countryside and Edinburgh, Rowling and Winfrey shared emotions about the vagaries of fame, be billions and finish a stage in their lives.
Winfrey will end his television program that lasted 25 years when it launches its own cable network later this year. Rowling, meanwhile, prepared the final of the boy wizard saga up to the last line of the final book “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows,” a bestseller in 2007.
“It was a shame. Something huge. Although I knew it was coming,” said Rowling. “At first I was elated, but then I cried and had not cried since my mother died,” he added.
Rowling said she was happy after struggling with clinical depression that worsened when he was twenty-something, and then to address phobias that came with his new found fame.
“At that time, I had to deny how great was the pressure. You should not have happened, is a children’s book,” he said.
“At one point it was crazy,” he added.
Rowling compared the euphoria during their second U.S. tour as a “Beatle style, except that members of the band’s early 1960″ could support each other, I had nobody. ”
“I kept telling people, yeah I’m fixing the (…) but the truth is that there were times when just hanging by a thread,” he said.
“I am a writer. They would not want pictures of myself in a bikini on the beach. I was not prepared for that,” he said.
Rowling said she was grateful to Harry Potter fans as the series sold more than 400 million copies and the films have grossed a total of about 5,300 million dollars so far.
But the result of marketing and theme parks on the boy wizard might be much worse, the writer said, adding that he had rejected an idea of the late pop idol Michael Jackson to perform a musical about Harry Potter.
