Roman Polanski on the loose again!

On 26 September 2009 was Roman Polanski on the Zurich airport arrested. He was two months in custody pending extradition in November he was then in his chalet in Gstaad.

There he lived under house arrest – until now! Today at 11:30 clock told the Swiss government that it rejects the extradition of Roman Polanski in the U.S..

He is now again a free man at least in Switzerland.

The reason for this is that a deficiency in the U.S. extradition request can not be excluded.

So now he has forgiven the “Switzerland” as the victim because of it came on the indictment. Even she has forgiven him for the crime and did not want the case is now being negotiated.

What do you think? Do you find it fair that Roman Polanski is free again? Or should he be punished anyway even if the act is about 30 years ago?
