Freddy Krueger returns to Elm Street

Yes, and so fearful they read the back of new Freddy movie but the sixth film was supposedly the “ultimate nightmare” we have witnessed since his first film “A Nightmare on Elm Street” released in 1984, this murderer psychopath has brought us an endless number of movies over the years.
In this new installment, which opened last April 30 in some panis in which Jackie Earle Haley replaces the venerable Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger, and the synopsis of Wes Craven remains intact as in the movie if you die in your dreams, you die in real life at the time when the first tape showed the story was groundbreaking and disturbing because it allowed a deeper exploration of the subconscious power.
As for the plot, the script by Wesley Strick and Eric Heisserer closely follows the original, because Freddy with his hat and sweater broken, continues to pursue a number of young people in their dreams, trying to kill them with knives located in their fingers.
Although this film, no doubt shocked the teenagers in the decade of the ’80s, now we can see that all the scenes are obvious and repetitive, and are not more than cheap scares. I really hope that even though the story has the same context as the previous, now if they beat us quite a scare and worth going to the cinema to see it.
