‘American Idol’ run out Latinos

The program last night of ‘ American Idol ‘was double elimination as the judges saved the contestant Michael Lynche last week. And, unfortunately who ended up going home this time were Andrew Garcia and Portuguese roots girl Katie Stevens.
With this, leaves seven contestants in the issue, which I believe is suffering in the ninth season.
Andrew Garcia impressed since his first appearance in the playoffs, especially with the classic acoustic cover of Paula Abdul “Straight Up”. Unfortunately, from then on virtually any of his actions did cause the same level of impact and the judges remembered him from week to week.
For her part, Katie Stevens caused us feeling since I met her, telling the story of her grandmother who suffers from Alzheimer Portuguese. The girl, a native of Boston, speaks perfect Portuguese for her and repeatedly said he auditioned to impress.
However, apart from a couple of good performances like “Let It Be”, the week of The Beatles, Katie also took off and in a couple of times ended in the “bottom 2″ to finally say goodbye to competition last night.
With those two out, there are still Crystal Bowersox (for me, the best this year) and Siobhan Magnus as the only remaining girls and Michael Lynche, Lee Dewyze, Aaron Kelly, Tim Urban and Casey James by men.
