Who Cares: Kate Gosselin Spanks Daughter

Allegedly Kate Gosselin spanked her daughter, Leah the other say. A source for In Touch Magazine says that Leah was blowing a whistle while Kate was on the phone. Kate told her to stop, and when Leah did it again, Kate went over to Leah and spanked her.

Wait, you can’t spank your kids anymore? Put that on my Reasons To Not Procreate list. I can’t believe that we’ve reached a point in society that it’s not okay to swat your kid for being annoying. I swatted my five-year-old cousin the other day for calling me a “butt carrot,” and he’s not even my kid. I don’t give a damn!

Honestly, if I were Kate in that situation I would have done the same thing. Kids are annoying. Multiply that times eight, and then add a cheating husband and the world hating you and your hairstyle. It has to be hard! Shame on In Touch magazine for trying to demonize Kate for punishing her child. Look, I don’t like Kate Gosselin because she is a huge sell out who makes money off of her kids, but she is also a mother. Mothers aren’t perfect. Sometimes they don’t have the patience to strap the kid down to a time-out spot.
